3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on a per-qualified-lead model, with rates varying by advertising channel as outlined on our pricing page. Payment is due upon delivery of verified leads. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Lead Quality and Verification

We use AI-powered systems to verify lead quality and accuracy. While we strive to provide high-quality leads, we cannot guarantee conversion rates or business outcomes. Lead quality is measured by our verification criteria, not by conversion success.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our privacy policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate targeting criteria and requirements
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of leads
• Maintaining appropriate data protection and privacy practices
• Using leads in accordance with applicable anti-spam and marketing regulations

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for:

• Illegal activities or purposes
• Spamming or unsolicited mass communications
• Activities that violate platform terms of service (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, etc.)
• Harassment or inappropriate contact of leads

8. Limitation of Liability

PlasmaCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all leads delivered prior to termination.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
